Welcome to Gblock! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gblock Chrome extension, website, and related services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using any Gblock Services and must discontinue use immediately.

General Information

Gblock is a Chrome extension designed to prevent email tracking within Gmail. Users must be at least 18 years old to access the Services. The website (gblock.app) is used to sign up, sign in, manage subscriptions and account preferences. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

User Accounts

Users can sign up and sign in using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so via the subscription management page. To clear all your data, you can cancel your account via the account settings page.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. The service includes a 30-day free trial with no payment method setup required. After the trial, you must subscribe to a yearly plan to continue using the app. Refunds are only offered in cases of proven technical issues that compromise the app's use. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.

Intellectual Property

All rights to the Gblock app, website, and code are owned by Jacopo Beschi. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or modifying any part of the app or its content.

Prohibited Activities

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties or guarantees of uptime or bug-free functionality. However, we make our best efforts to ensure the Services are reliable and available, and minimize bugs. Additionally, Gblock disclaims liability for damages resulting from the use of the Services and is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services such as Google authentication or Stripe payment processing.
